Online VCS offers distant learning courses for elementary, middle, and high school students with an emphasis on personalized learning, academic support, and flexible schedule options. Parents can register online or can call for more details at 601-636-7884.

Registration Fee for New Students

Online VCS offers the convenience of paying registration, tuition, and other fees online. The registration fee for a new students is $150.00.

Registration Fee for Returning Students

Online VCS offers the convenience of paying registration, tuition, and other fees online. Registration for returning students is $100.00 per student.

Regular Tuition

Full Time Student

Full-time enrollment is for students in 3-12th grade. Full-time students are enrolled in five core subjects for the year. Registration, tuition, and other fees can be paid through our online store. The cost for one full-time student is $250.00 per month for twelve months.

Summer School Tuition

Student can enroll in our summer school for credit recovery courses or courses needed to meet graduation requirements. Courses usually range from 6 to 8 weeks in duration. The cost for summer school is $300.00 per course. For more information, please call 601-636-7884, Mon. - Fri. 8am - 3pm.

Achievement Testing

VCS offers each student online achievement testing each year. The cost of this testing is $50.00 per student per school year and must be paid when registering.

PSAT/NMSQT Testing

Online VCS offers the PSAT/NMSQT testing each year for students in 9-12th grade. The National Merit Scholarship Program is an academic competition for recognition and scholarship which began in 1955. High school students enter the National Merits Program by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT). The cost of this optional testing is $50.00 per student per year taken and must be paid along with the registration fee.

Honor's Society

Online VCS retains an active charter with the Honor's Society. Only academically eligible high school juniors and seniors who are selected and invited by the Faculty Council are admitted to this scholarly organization. If a student is interested in joining he or she can contact us to find out the requirements. The membership fee is $75.00 to join once you receive an invitation.

High School Senior Graduation Fee

Online VCS hosts an annual cap and gown commencement ceremony usually held in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Seniors are encouraged to attend our graduation ceremony, but are not required. Travel, meals, and lodging expenses are not including. All senior are required to pay a $125.00 graduation fee. This fee is due by January of the graduating year.

Other Services

Second Chance Graduation Package

Life Guard Second Chance Program is dedicated to aiding high school graduates earn a diploma. This program allows students to complete requirements for high school graduation online. All high school senior must meet graduation requirements including ACT Test. Student which were unsuccessful in state exams, but met graduation requirements The parent or legal guardian needs to contact our office at vcs@bellsouth.net or call 601-636-7884 Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm to discuss the details and options. Payment can be made online through our store. The cost is $475.00 per student.

ACT Preparatory

VCS offers preparatory services for ACT. The cost for ACT or SAT preparatory courses are $100.00 each. This includes a CD disk of ACT diagnostic testing, tips on each section of the test, practice tests (both written and computer), plus online resources.
